ABOUT

Yaron Eigenstein is an Israeli composer and music producer based in Los Angeles, whose work has featured on films including Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F and Bad Boys: Ride or Die, as well as titles including the Apex Legends game franchise, and the Wildbrain/Netflix series Ninjago Dragons Rising. His music is known for its blend of traditional orchestral music, modern pop production, and experimental sound design. Currently, Yaron is working alongside the Grammy winning composer, Lorne Balfe.

Between the years 2017-2022, Yaron served as Music Director and founding member of Koolulam, a global social-musical initiative aimed at empowering communities and inspiring empathy and togetherness through collaborative creation and mass-singing events. This involved composing music for ensembles of several thousand performers, as well as serving as the touring music producer for technologically complex shows. In January 2020, Yaron's arrangement for the song Let’s Get Loud by Jennifer Lopez (initially performed by Koolulam) was used as part of Jennifer Lopez and Shakira’s 2020 Super Bowl Halftime Show. Yaron's time with Koolulam afforded him the opportunity to collaborate with film and stage directors, producers and post production personnel, and nurtured his skills and sensibilities as a narrative composer and musical storyteller, informing and enhancing his career as a film and media composer.

Yaron is a graduate of the prestigious Screen Scoring Master’s Program at the University of Southern California, where he was awarded the Harry Warren Scholarship.
